WhatsApp chatbot questions
Is the WhatsApp chatbot free?
Yes, on every plan including the free Sandbox. Bot replies count toward your plan's daily message limit like any other message.
Do I need to code?
No. You set the welcome message, keyword replies and business hours in the AgaKural console and test them before switching the bot on.
Does it use AI?
No. It is a rule-based bot: it answers exact keywords or menu numbers you define, greets new contacts and sends an away message outside business hours. That keeps replies predictable and free.
Can auto-replies get my number banned?
The bot only replies to people who message you first, waits at least 20 seconds between replies to the same chat, sends at most 30 replies per chat a day and goes through Ban Shield pacing like every other message.
Can I still use the API and webhooks?
Yes. Incoming messages still reach your webhook, and you can reply through the API whenever the bot has nothing to say.
